Coordinated Development Path of Cultivated Land Utilization in Henan Section of the Yellow River Basin

Rational differentiated utilization of cultivated land can effectively coordinate the contradiction between ecological protection, utilization, and urban development. Therefore, this article adopts southern section Yellow River Basin as an example, starting with vulnerability resilience then formulating index system for evaluating farmland resilience. Moreover, combines Future Land-Use Simulation–Urban Growth Boundaries (FLUS–UGBs) to conduct development boundary simulations, which take restrictions comprehensive division determine zoning strategies achieve coordinated use, The following results are presented: (1) research area mainly involves low-to-medium vulnerability; western middle sections demonstrate high low vulnerability, respectively. (2) Areas located in mid-eastern part area, those involve mountains. (3) four-quadrant method, PLUS model, FLUS-UGB module employed usage zones rational allocation effective use resources.
